- Create wireframes, mockups, and process flows following UX best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders
- Support all phases of the SDLC, including requirements, design, testing, and deployment
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
- Utilize tools such as Jira and requirements management platforms to track and manage work
- Apply basic AI and automation concepts to support feasibility analysis and solution design
- Maintain high-quality documentation, reports, and deliverables
- Support testing efforts including validation of requirements and user acceptance testing (UAT)
