Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Data Scientists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop, train, deploy, and maintain machine learning models and AI applications, including predictive analytics, LLM-powered solutions, and agentic applications.
- Build and maintain MLOps pipelines supporting model validation, versioning, monitoring, evaluation, retraining, and production reliability.
- Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and real-time data processing to support AI/ML solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to document methodologies, assess model performance, implement safeguards, and ensure production solutions meet project requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education |
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |

Experience |
7 years of development experience, including at least 4 years working on AI/ML solutions; 6–9 years of experience in Python data engineering and MLOps; and 3–5 years of experience with Databricks and AWS. |

Python, Machine Learning, MLOps, Databricks, Amazon Web Services (AWS), MLflow, AWS SageMaker, Kubernetes/EKS, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG and Vector Databases |

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience delivering scalable AI solutions in regulated enterprise environments.
