Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer User Support Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Manage and monitor service requests, incidents, and ticket queues to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service levels.
- Coordinate with project teams and technical staff to track, escalate, and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate ticket records, project documentation, reports, and status updates to support PMO operations.
- Support continuous improvement of ticketing processes, workflow management, and service delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education |
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |

Experience |
3 years of experience in IT service management, ticket administration, incident management, PMO support, and enterprise service desk operations. |
