What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Guest services position at 4 Columns Inn?

We are looking for a friendly, reliable hostess to greet our guests and seat them during service in our Tavern and Pub.

Duties to include Greeting guests

Manage wait list

Assist the team as needed

Communicate with servers, kitchen staff and management

Answering phones

Monitor tables for availability

Answer basic questions about the menu to customers/take to go order

Help maintain a clean and welcoming front of the house area

Great opportunity to grow with our tavern

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person

Salary : $17 - $18
