We are seeking a skilled and reliable End Dump Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating end dump trucks and possess a strong understanding of safe driving practices. This role involves transporting materials to various job sites while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Operate end dump trucks safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Load and unload materials at designated locations, ensuring proper handling of freight.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours worked and materials transported.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding route changes or delays.
• Follow designated routes for delivery while being adaptable to changing conditions or requirements.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles is essential.
• Experience with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and dump trucks is highly desirable.
• Strong truck driving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency in commercial driving environments.
• Familiarity with route driving and delivery driver experience is beneficial for this role.
• Ability to operate forklifts for loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Knowledge of freight handling procedures, including load securing techniques.
