4 A’S With A K Trucking and Hauling is a growing transportation and hauling company committed to delivering reliable service and ensuring the safe handling of cargo. We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Loader to assist with our daily loading and unloading operations.

Position Summary
The Loader plays an essential role in the efficient movement of freight, ensuring all shipments are handled safely, organized properly, and prepared for timely delivery. This role is ideal for individuals who are physically capable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload freight from trucks, trailers, and containers
• Transport, stack, and organize materials and pallets in assigned areas
• Secure cargo to prevent shifting or damage during transit
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and visible damage
• Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse tools (forklift experience is a plus)
• Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures
• Keep loading docks and workspaces clean and organized
• Assist drivers and warehouse staff with general labor duties as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to follow directions and meet productivity goals
• Previous experience in loading, warehousing, or hauling is preferred but not required
