Job Title: 4:13 Strong Program Coordinator
Organization Summary: 4:13 Strong is a faith-based nonprofit organization based in Nashville,
Tennessee that empowers young men to transform their lives so that they can succeed personally and
professionally. Our residential program provides a holistic approach to foster social, emotional and
spiritual growth and takes approximately six to eight months to complete.
Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of Operations, the 4:13 Strong Program Coordinator is
responsible for ensuring that 4:13 Strong is meeting established performance standards and delivering the expected results. The 4:13 Strong Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that afternoon and evening programming is delivered with excellence and that all participants and graduates are mentored throughout their involvement with 4:13 Strong.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Model the core values of 4:13 Strong and ensure alignment with the organization’s mission,
values, and goals.
• Ensure compliance with 4:13 Strong program policies by all participants. Lead in the
accountability process to encourage compliance.
• Oversee the drug testing program for staff and participants.
• Lead in providing programming for 4:13 Strong graduates (including mentoring, volunteering,
workshops, and events).
• Oversee the one-on-one mentoring program (mentor recruitment and training, mentor
matching and monitoring) for all participants and graduates.
• Deliver work development instruction (Standards and Accountability; Work Ethic)
• Help cultivate a positive and Christ-centered environment and ensure the success of participants
through all aspects of program delivery.
• Participate in Mental Toughness Week (five weeks each year)
• Participate in 4:13 Strong fundraising activities as required.
• Effectively direct, coach, motivate and evaluate program participants.
• Assist with development and management of the program budget, ensuring financial
sustainability.
• Track participant progress and outcomes, preparing reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies.
• Drive as needed for afternoon pick-up.
• Solicit participant work performance feedback from job partner supervisors.
• Visit 4:13 Strong participants at the job site on a regular basis.
• Meet with participants on a regular basis and document progress towards program goals.
• Oversee Thursday night fellowship dinners.
• Develop and maintain alumni database
•. Lead Saturday service projects 2 times per cohort (10 Saturdays per year)

Salary and Benefits
• Salary is $65,000
• Potential for quarterly performance bonuses
• Fifteen (15) days of Paid-Time-Off (PTO) each calendar year

Work Schedule: A typical workweek: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday — 12:00-8:00pm; Friday — 12:00-6:00pm; Saturdays (4 hours twice a month flexible).
