Transportation Manager
4.0 School Services- Pine City Bus Service
4.0 School Services is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Manager. 4.0 Bus Service is an independent contractor providing student transportation services throughout Minnesota.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations of a school bus company to ensure the safe and timely transportation of students to and from school as well as extra-curricular activities.
The Manager will:
- Be the first point of contact with the school administration
- Supervise approximately 30 school bus drivers, para-professionals, van drivers
- Administer the company drug and alcohol testing program
- Recruit new drivers
- Be in charge of scheduling, payroll, and billing monthly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Management Experience
- Supervisor Experience
- Transportation industry experience
The successful candidate will:
- Pass a DOT physical exam.
- Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Pass an FBI background check
- Obtain a Class B Commercial Driver's License with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements free of air-brake restriction
