3Waters Behavioral Health is expanding and is seeking compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC/LPCC) and Licensed Social Workers (LSW/LISW) to become part of an exciting new partnership providing behavioral health services within Community Corrections.
This is a unique opportunity to work with justice-involved individuals who are committed to changing their lives. Our clinicians play a vital role in helping clients overcome mental health and substance use disorders while reducing recidivism and building healthier communities.
Position Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
- Provide individual mental health counseling.
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with case managers, peer support specialists, psychiatric providers, and correctional staff.
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
- Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches to support recovery and long-term success.
Qualifications
- Current Ohio license as an LPC/LPCC, LSW, or LISW.
- Experience working with mental health, substance use disorders, or co-occurring disorders preferred.
- Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative treatment team.
- Passion for serving individuals involved in the criminal justice system.
