The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our consulting team. This role bridges the gap between data and decision-makers, helping clients uncover actionable insights through tailored visualizations, strong analysis, and collaborative solution-building.
You’ll play a hands-on role in client engagements, eliciting business requirements, crafting effective dashboards, and contributing as a core member of an Agile delivery team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their BI career who wants to work in a high-growth, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements through workshops, interviews, and documentation
- Design, build, and optimize interactive dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau
- Analyze large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Deliver insights that influence operational and strategic decisions
- Serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding and alignment
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives) and contribute throughout the SDLC
- Troubleshoot data and visualization issues; debug technical problems as needed
- Provide input on data model design and architecture to support dashboard functionality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field
- 2 years of experience in business intelligence or business analyst roles
- 1 years of hands-on experience developing dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Working knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Willingness to travel for occasional client engagements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and pass a standard background check
