Duties & Responsibilities
- Basic knowledge in food preparation
- Food handling and recipe preparation under the supervision of the Kitchen Manager and Sous Chef
- Labeling food
- Ensuring the kitchen is always clean, tidy and organized
- Assistant Kitchen Manager with food inventory
- Wash dishes and food preparation equipment
- Any other other tasks as assigned by Kitchen Manager

- Valid drivers license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Work standing on your feet for 10-12 hours a shift with brief or minimal breaks in between

- Previous culinary and kitchen experience is a must
- Must be able to legally work in the US
