We’re hiring Facility Coordinators at Best Choice Facility. This role requires a commitment of at least 5-10 hours per week, evening and weekend availability a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Management: Assist with daily operations, including opening/closing the facility, setting up/taking down sports equipment, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Answer questions from athletes, families, and internal 3STEP brands.
- Safety: Ensure a safe environment and that all required paperwork/waivers are completed.
Expectations:
- Dependability: Be on time and responsible, as you're often the first point of contact.
- Reliability: Show up consistently, even early, to ensure smooth operations.
- Communication: Be proactive and clear in communicating with team members and supervisors.
