Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual and team sales goals in line with Chanel standards.
- Serve as liaison between 3Sixty Duty Free and the Chanel corporate team.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, ensuring top-tier service.
- Execute visual merchandising and maintain a clean, organized counter.
- Provide expert product knowledge and elevate the customer experience.
- Report on sales trends, stock levels, and team performance.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of retail supervisory experience (cosmetics preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven sales success and customer service excellence.
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
