The Role – What You’ll Own
You’ll join a high-energy, outbound-driven sales team focused on winning new business. This is a high-volume, high-urgency motion — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced start-up environments.
You will:
- Generate outbound pipeline daily (cold calls, email, in-person meetings)
- Run high-impact product demos with non-technical medical decision-makers
- Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close
- Navigate multi-location clinics and small business buyers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine outreach strategy and messaging
- Represent the brand at conferences and lead-rich industry events
Must-haves:
- 2–7 years’ experience in high-velocity SMB or commercial sales
- Proven outbound engine: cold calling, generating your own pipeline
- Confidence selling to non-tech-savvy, small business buyers
- Strong closer with resilience, urgency and high activity levels
- Experience in startups or fast-growth environments
Nice-to-haves:
- Healthcare, medical, payments, or FinTech exposure
- Experience selling in-office, high-touch motions
- Track record of exceeding targets in a competitive market
