3S Hauling is an expanding transportation and hauling company looking for a dependable and motivated Loader to assist with daily freight and material handling tasks. This role is well-suited for individuals who prioritize safety, are physically fit, and can thrive in a fast-paced work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload freight, materials, and equipment from trucks and trailers
- Move, stack, and arrange items safely within loading and storage areas
- Secure cargo properly to minimize shifting or damage during transit
- Check shipments for accuracy and visible damage
- Use basic loading tools such as pallet jacks (forklift experience is a plus)
- Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures
- Keep workspaces clean and well-organized
- Support drivers and warehouse personnel as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and handle heavy items (up to 50–75 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
- Capability to work in different weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Previous experience in loading, warehouse operations, or general labor is preferred but not required
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines
