Role: ServiceNow Developer Architect

Exp: 10 Years

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Skills Required:

  • Must Be Able to Meet Federal/Gov t Requirements.
  • Experience: 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years of deep technical experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
  • Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow-specific development tools (Studio, UI Builder, Service Portal).
  • Government Experience: Proven track record of working within FedRAMP or similarly regulated government cloud environments.
  • CMDB &: Strong understanding of Configuration Management (CMDB) and IT Operations Management (Discovery, Service Mapping) within a public sector context.

Required Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM or ITOM preferred
  • ITIL v4 Foundations
