Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Skills Required:

  • 7 years of QA Automation engineering experience, including at least 2 years of Salesforce testing.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience testing Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce customizations.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, approval processes, Flows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
  • Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Experience with SQL/SOQL queries for data validation.
  • Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
