Skills Required:
- We are seeking a strong Software Engineer to support a high-impact Genesys Cloud IVR migration initiative within the client s Digital Voice team.
- This role is heavily focused on Java-based microservices, Spring Boot, and cloud-native development on AWS, with supporting use of Python for serverless workloads.
- The engineer will design, build, and deploy scalable middleware services that integrate Genesys Cloud with enterprise backend systems.
- Strong Java development experience focused on backend and middleware systems.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for microservices development.
- Proficiency in AWS Cloud, aligned with AWS Solutions Architect Associate best practices.
- Experience using Python for serverless or integration of use cases.
- Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments, including scripting and troubleshooting.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with enterprise system integrations such as SAP and Oracle.
- Knowledge of SQL, Database provisioning, Kafka integration is helpful.
