Skills Required:
- Hands-on CIAM architect, with SAP Commerce Cloud modernization as the secondary requirement.
Must-have priorities:
- CIAM / Customer Identity & Access Management ideally someone who has architected a migration from on-prem identity to cloud/SaaS.
- Hands-on architecture approximately 60% technical / 40% strategic, not a purely strategic Enterprise Architect.
- Enterprise digital commerce B2B/B2C, ideally retail/e-commerce.
- Legacy-to-cloud modernization comfortable making architecture decisions across legacy and modern environments.
- Security, SOX & SSDLC particularly important because Mohawk is publicly traded.
- Executive communication must be able to go deep technically and then clearly explain decisions to senior leadership.
