Shared Family Living/Enhanced Family Care Services are services that allow individuals with intellectual and developmental disability or autism to live in a warm and loving family setting with Providers who match their lifestyle and support their daily needs to ensure they experience their highest quality of life.

Who Is a Provider?
A Shared Family Living Provider/Enhanced Family Care Provider (or simply a Provider) is a dedicated individual, (such as a community member, parent, family member, or friend) or a family (must eighteen years of age or older) who shares their loving home to support an individual with intellectual and developmental disability or autism experience their highest quality of life. Providers are contracted and will complete screening, training, background checks, and paperwork as required by the state of New Hampshire to become a vital part of an individual’s community.
