The Quantitative Developer will have the opportunity to work in one of our offices on strategy development and code optimization. We are seeking a candidate that is searching for an opportunity to make a real impact, deliver value, and work within an experienced team.
Your impact:
- Partner with the team to build, optimize, and evolve the firms’ current research pipeline and strategy development
- Identify potential areas for optimization and performance enhancements through research; including, but not limited to suggestions for the ongoing maintenance and improvement of code quality
- Build components and new infrastructure to maintain new trading strategies and exhausting the testing and debugging skills as part of the development process
- Work directly with traders and developer to provide realistic project timelines and estimates and ensure team accountability
- Stay current on industry developments and trends to maintain ongoing business awareness and a competitive edge
Your skills:
- A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree with an emphasis in Computer Science or a STEM related field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Data Science, etc.) with more than 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience coding in C and Python
- Strong organizational and software architecture skills with a proven understanding of optimizing and profiling strategies
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects at one time

The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 to $250,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and skills.
