The Graduate Quantitative Researcher will have the opportunity to work in our Chicago headquarters focusing on expanding and optimizing current and future trading opportunities. We are seeking a candidate that is looking for an opportunity to make a real impact, deliver value, and work within an experienced team.
Your impact:
- Work with the team to optimize the current strategy components and identify new trading opportunities
- Research and test alphas to improve existing tools and identify methods to increase trading efficiency
- Focus on enhancing the production trading system and rewriting existing trades and signals
Your background & skills:
- A student completing a bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree with an emphasis in a STEM-related field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.), graduating in 2027 by August '27
- 1 industry internships as a Quantitative Researcher, Developer, or Trader
- Experience with Python, C , and machine learning tools
- Strong multi-tasking skills, including the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at one time

The expected base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $200,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and skills.
