Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting company products or services.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a courteous and timely manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze customer inquiries to identify trends and improve service quality
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads or gather feedback
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze information and problem-solve effectively
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy
- Comfortable with outbound calling activities for sales or follow-ups
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $550.00 - $750.00 per week
