Experienced Vinyl Siding Subcontractor Crew Needed
3rd Generation Home Improvements is seeking experienced siding subcontractor crews to join our growing team. We are a locally owned and operated exterior remodeling company serving the Greater Cleveland area, specializing in premium residential siding installations.
We are looking for reliable, professional crews that take pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experienced installing vinyl siding types and all accessories
- Experience with soffit, fascia, aluminum trim, and coil wrapping
- Ability to bend and fabricate aluminum trim on-site
- Experience with board & batten and shake siding preferred
- Reliable transportation and all necessary tools/equipment
- Valid driver's license
- General liability insurance and Workers' Compensation coverage
- Ability to pass municipal inspections and meet manufacturer installation standards
- Professional appearance and communication with homeowners
