Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role located in Easton, PA. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintain quality food and beverage standards. Responsibilities include leading and developing staff, managing hiring and training processes, scheduling, Event Planning, coordinating with the kitchen team, and troubleshooting any operational challenges. The manager will work closely with the General Manager, Bar Manager, and executive chef to uphold the restaurant's reputation for exceptional dining experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Customer Service and a strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Hiring and team management, with the ability to lead and develop staff
- Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate between staff, management, and customers
- In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage management and service standards
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with inventory and cost control measures
- Prior restaurant management experience strongly preferred
