Our in-house capabilities include design, carpentry, metalwork, painting, sculpting, and logistics, allowing us to deliver bespoke projects from concept to completion. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the successful execution of our creative projects.
Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex fabrication projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction. This role requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing resources, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, in collaboration with design, fabrication, and logistics teams.
Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate in-house teams (design, carpentry, metalwork, painting, sculpting, and logistics) to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to project specifications.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or deadlines.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate delays, budget overruns, or technical challenges.
Quality Control: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all deliverables meet the company’s high standards and client requirements.
Logistics Oversight: Coordinate transportation, installation, and on-site logistics, ensuring timely delivery and setup of fabricated elements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle, maintaining a solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5 years of project management experience, preferably in fabrication, trade shows, experiential design, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of fabrication processes, including design, carpentry, metalwork, painting, and sculpting.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
Proficiency in Google Suite
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
PMP or similar certification is preferred but not required.
Work Environment
This role is based in our fabrication shop with occasional travel to client sites or event locations.
The position requires flexibility to work extended hours or weekends during peak project phases.
Collaborative, creative, and hands-on environment with exposure to cutting-edge design and fabrication techniques.
Salary : $45 - $60
