Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities at 3R Technology’s Riverbank facility, ensuring efficient production, regulatory coordination, and workforce productivity within the electronics recycling environment. This role works closely with the Compliance Manager to support operational compliance with applicable environmental, health, safety, and quality management system requirements while planning and executing production schedules to meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production operations to ensure productivity targets are met
- Develop and manage production schedules based on workload, staffing, and compliance requirements
- Supervise operational staff and ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and performance expectations
- Work collaboratively with the Compliance Manager to support compliance with ISO , OSHA and R2 requirements.
- Ensure proper handling, processing, and flow of recyclable materials in accordance with regulatory and ISO standards
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime
- Track production data, inventory, and operational metrics using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Communicate operational updates, needs, and challenges directly to the CEO
- Ensure equipment, work areas, and operational processes are maintained in a safe, organized, and compliant manner
- Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to ISO standards and regulatory compliance
- Assist with training, onboarding, and performance oversight of operational staff
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in recycling, e-waste, manufacturing, or industrial operations
- Experience working in ISO-aligned or compliance-driven environments
- Strong understanding of production planning, workflow management, and operational controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and general computer systems
- Ability to analyze operational data and monitor productivity metrics
- Strong leadership, self initiative, organizational, and communication skills are very important.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in electronics recycling or material recovery facilities
- Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OSHA standards
- Supervisory or management experience

Pay: $64,372.77 - $77,524.20 per year
