As a key ambassador for our brand, you'll drive business growth through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, lead generation, and territory management to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough product demonstrations of plumbing and HVAC systems, explaining features and benefits clearly to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of B2B sales opportunities by nurturing existing accounts and cultivating new customer relationships via direct sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads within assigned territories.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and analyze data for strategic planning.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, offering tailored solutions, and upselling complementary products or services when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or technical sales within the plumbing, HVAC, or related industries.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory management and account growth initiatives.
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to sales and service delivery.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales environments involving direct outreach such as cold calling and territory management.
  • Effective communication skills for product demos, presentations, and building rapport with clients across diverse sectors.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategic plans for lead generation, and execute sales management activities confidently. Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
