Release Train Engineer (RTE) / Agile Delivery Lead

Contract: 12 Months
Location: Liberty, NC (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile delivery for a large-scale, multi-team program (12 teams). The RTE will drive PI Planning, scaled ceremonies, delivery predictability, dependency management, and continuous improvement across teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt.

  • Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across 12 Agile teams.

  • Coach Scrum Masters and teams on Agile best practices.

  • Provide delivery transparency and executive-level reporting.

  • Align delivery with product and business priorities.

  • Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

  • 7 years as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead / RTE.

  • Experience leading large-scale Agile programs.

  • Strong Jira and Agile metrics experience.

  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in regulated or complex environments preferred.

Certifications:

  • CSM required; SAFe SPC, PMI-ACP, CSP, or ICP-ACC preferred.
