Job Summary We are looking for a motivated, outgoing Entry-Level Solar Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is eager to learn and grow. In this role, you will follow up on warm leads generated by our AI system and referral partners in the CRM. You will make outbound phone calls to business owners and facility managers, qualify their interest in commercial solar and BESS, and schedule appointments for our technical and sales teams. Full training on solar basics, call scripts, objection handling, and CRM usage will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize referral leads in our CRM system.
• Make professional outbound calls to introduce Clark EcoEnergy’s commercial solar and energy storage solutions.
• Ask qualifying questions about energy needs, facility goals, and sustainability interests.
• Learn to handle common objections and clearly explain the benefits of going solar (cost savings, incentives, reliability).
• Schedule and confirm qualified site assessment or sales appointments.
• Accurately log all calls, outcomes, and notes in the CRM.
• Meet weekly targets for calls made and appointments set.
• Collaborate closely with the service and sales teams for smooth handoffs.
• Participate in ongoing training on commercial solar products and sales techniques.
