As an Associate Consultant you will be working as a 360 Recruiter this will involve developing skills in:
- Business Development
- Account Management
- Negotiation
- Headhunting
- & much more!
You will develop a well mapped, niche market, building strong and lasting relationships with clients and candidates - working collaboratively and supportively within your team.
