Overview3PL Worldwide is a fast-growing fulfillment and logistics provider offering warehousing, D2C and B2B fulfillment, and same-day/next-day shipping solutions. We’re hiring a senior sales leader to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Sell warehousing and fulfillment services (D2C & B2B)
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting through close
- Lead executive-level sales conversations
- Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline
- Partner with Operations and Finance to deliver scalable, profitable solutions
- 5 years selling warehousing & fulfillment services (3PL experience required)
- Proven success closing complex fulfillment deals
- Strong understanding of pallet storage, pick/pack pricing, and shipping SLAs
- Executive presence; strong negotiation skills
- CRM-based, metrics-driven sales approach
- Executive-level compensation performance incentives
