Marketing Manager - What You’ll Do
In this role, you will function as a key resource for the internal team and leadership by providing marketing insight, structure, and direction across a variety of initiatives:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on marketing decisions, protocols, and strategy
- Lead the preparation of qualification packages, proposals, and presentations by coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and clients
- Complete government and client forms, including questionnaires, SF 330s, and qualifying statements
- Manage and maintain all marketing resource materials—brochures, project data, images, presentation slides, and the client database
- Develop new design concepts for marketing collateral and support brand-enhancing initiatives
- Monitor prospects, track leads, and oversee the full proposal lifecycle from early pursuit through final delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resumes for technical staff
- Prepare reports on marketing efforts and pipeline activity
- Assist with conference and seminar presentation materials
- Draft press releases and assist with public relations activities
- Support company website updates, content development, and digital strategy
- Create and maintain social media content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms
- Cultivate strong working relationships with leadership, technical teams, and external partners
Marketing Manager - What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within the A/E/C industry, with strong knowledge of engineering and design terminology
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop
- Experience with Deltek Vision is a plus
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal oversight
- Experience preparing SF 330s or similar government documentation is preferred
- A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to regional offices as needed
