Landscape Architect/Planner - Position Summary
Our client specializes in town planning, urban design, development entitlements, site engineering and natural resource management for developers, builders, institutions and corporations offering a unique, fully-integrated approach to planning and engineering design using a team of highly skilled professionals. We are looking for a team player who brings a passion for creativity, storytelling, artistry, and positive energy to their team and works collaboratively with other professionals in the engineering and planning teams
Landscape Architect/Planner - Responsibilities
- Creation and management of diverse projects including residential, master planning, subdivisions, and public/urban space.
- Strong design and graphic skills, both digital and hand drawn
- Self motivated & possess ability to motivate and lead junior planners
- Positive attitude and great communication skills with attention to detail
Landscape Architect/Planner - Qualifications
- Design/technical competence in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency with Auto CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable with both master planning and landscape architecture projects
- Knowledge of the Public Sector and strong experience with the Private Sector
