Mid-Level Geologist
Our client is a well-established geotechnical and engineering consulting firm serving a diverse mix of public- and private-sector projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Responsibilities
- Perform subsurface investigations, including soil and rock logging, field testing, and monitoring drilling activities.
- Analyze field and laboratory data and assist with geotechnical evaluations and recommendations.
- Prepare technical reports, boring logs, proposals, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, laboratories, and clients to keep projects moving efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, Geoscience, or a related field.
- Approximately 3–7 years of relevant geotechnical or engineering consulting experience.
- Experience with subsurface investigations, soil and rock classification, and technical report preparation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage both field and office responsibilities.
