Mid-Level Geologist

Our client is a well-established geotechnical and engineering consulting firm serving a diverse mix of public- and private-sector projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Responsibilities

• Perform subsurface investigations, including soil and rock logging, field testing, and monitoring drilling activities.
• Analyze field and laboratory data and assist with geotechnical evaluations and recommendations.
• Prepare technical reports, boring logs, proposals, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, laboratories, and clients to keep projects moving efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, Geoscience, or a related field.
• Approximately 3–7 years of relevant geotechnical or engineering consulting experience.
• Experience with subsurface investigations, soil and rock classification, and technical report preparation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage both field and office responsibilities.
