Job Overview
Need at least two years of tree service experience. We have two cranes, two grapple trucks, two bucket trucks, and a lot of ground equipment. Must have a drivers license and ability to get a class A CDL. Some out-of-state trave is required.

Responsibilities
- Safely climb trees using proper rigging techniques to prune, trim, or remove branches as needed
- Operate bucket trucks and bucket lifts to access high branches efficiently and securely
- Assist with tree care tasks including trimming, pruning, and shaping to promote healthy growth
- Perform ground-based landscaping duties such as lawn care, planting, and landscape maintenance
- Support arborists with rigging setup for complex tree removals or pruning projects
- Use GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools for mapping and documenting work sites when necessary
- Maintain equipment including bucket trucks, rigging gear, and hand tools to ensure safety and efficiency
Requirements
- Prior experience in tree care, landscaping, or horticulture is highly preferred; growing experience is a plus
- Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and safety procedures for climbing and rigging
- Ability to operate bucket trucks and bucket lifts safely and confidently
- Familiarity with rigging practices used in tree removal or pruning projects
- Basic understanding of GIS applications for site documentation is advantageous
- Strong physical fitness with the ability to climb trees and perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license; certification in arboriculture or horticulture is a bonus
