IT Support Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to team members, troubleshoot hardware and software issues and offer guidance as needed
- Ensure network and phone systems are up and running
- Manage Microsoft 365 administration, email Exchange configurations and Defender security policies to ensure efficient communication and collaboration
- Oversee and maintain device management
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding users
- Evaluate and improve IT workflows and processes
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Information Technology
- A self-starter who will capitalize in a growing organization
- Experience with Microsoft 356 administration
- Experience onboarding users, device management, and providing technical support to computers, printers, monitors
- Experience with Excel
Location:
- Onsite in our Winter Park, FL location, 8am-5pm
Compensation: $50k-$55k base, full time
