- High School Degree or GED from certified education institution.
- Minimum of 1 year or more of experience in production
- Ability to work off shifts and overtime
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a chemical manufacturing, processing, or handling environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn plant-specific software systems.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Previous experience operating forklifts, hoists, or other material handling equipment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with solid mathematical aptitude.
- Ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and maintain attention to detail while meeting production and quality requirements.
