Job Description :
The person hired for the position of Warehouse Operator (3rd Shift) will work at our 3M DeKalb, IL Site. The assignment could be anywhere from hand assembly, running machinery, warehouse general work or packaging.

Responsibilities :
- Work at various machines or stations assembling product or operating machinery, picking and / or packaging finished goods, and / or inspecting products.
- Use computers as needed to run process operation, input data, update inventory, etc.
- Follow operating procedures and customer specifications to produce quality products which are delivered to customers on time.
- Fill and process orders for shipment.
- Picking and Packing Orders
- Checking for damaged or missing items
Your Skills and Expertise :
Required :
- Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
- Able to work some weekends, overtime, extended hours & holidays as needed.
Desired :
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a warehouse operations role in a private, public, government of military environment
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
