You would be expected to: Deliver analytics and insights on key supply chain metrics such as gross margin, absorption, yield, productivity, and PPV & share daily/weekly updates with leadership, translating data into clear insights and performance commentary. Build forward-looking dashboards using Power BI/SQL to enable faster, data-driven decisions & use emerging technologies, including AI, to improve reporting, analysis, and efficiency. Support integration of subcontracting activities into the Bangalore Finance CoE & partner with finance and operations to support AOP development and cost updates. Ensure process discipline through accurate documentation and compliance with financial, SOX, and audit standards & identify opportunities to streamline and improve COGS reporting, forecasting, and planning. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: CA/CA -Inter/ CMA/ CMA -Inter/ MBA qualified with 3 to 7 years relevant experience 2 to 3 years of Experience with Power BI, SQL, and analytics tools in finance or supply chain environments. Understanding of key supply chain finance concepts, including gross margin, absorption, yield, productivity, and PPV. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving business problems using data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self- motivated with a proactive approach to learning and contributing to the team.
