3K Hauling is an expanding transportation and logistics company looking for a dependable and motivated Loader to assist with daily loading and unloading activities. This position plays a vital role in ensuring shipments are handled safely, accurately, and delivered on schedule. We are seeking someone who prioritizes safety and thrives in a physically active, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload freight, materials, and equipment from trucks and trailers
- Transport, stack, and arrange items in assigned storage areas
- Secure cargo properly to minimize the risk of damage during transit
- Check shipments for accuracy and any visible defects
- Support drivers and warehouse personnel with general labor duties
- Keep the loading area clean, organized, and hazard-free
- Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and handle heavy items (approximately 50–75 lbs)
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
- Prior experience in loading, warehousing, or general labor is preferred but not required
