3JM Hauling is a growing logistics and transportation company providing reliable freight handling and distribution solutions across the United States. We are currently looking for a dependable and motivated Loader to join our operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, take pride in maintaining safety standards, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and transportation environment.

Position Summary

The Loader is responsible for safely handling, organizing, and preparing freight for shipment. This position plays an important role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations by ensuring cargo is loaded, unloaded, secured, and moved accurately. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and able to perform physical tasks while working effectively with warehouse staff and drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight, shipments, and materials from trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Arrange, stack, and organize products in warehouse, dock, and staging areas.
• Secure freight properly to minimize damage during transportation.
• Inspect shipments for visible damage, missing items, or inconsistencies and report issues promptly.
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist with general warehouse organization, inventory movement, and dock preparation.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized loading areas in compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and required PPE policies.
• Support drivers, warehouse team members, and daily logistics operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, freight handling, loading, or material handling is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding and fast-moving environment.
• Dependable attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime when required.
