3JM Hauling is a growing transportation and logistics company looking for a reliable and motivated Loader to join our team and support daily freight and hauling operations. This position is well-suited for individuals who prioritize safety, have strong physical stamina, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and safe handling of freight, ensuring all goods are properly loaded, unloaded, and secured for transport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload freight, materials, and equipment from trucks and trailers
- Move, stack, and organize items in warehouse and loading areas
- Secure cargo according to company safety standards and regulations
- Inspect shipments for damage and report any issues in a timely manner
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment (forklift experience is a plus)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
- Assist drivers and warehouse staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or loading experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to safety and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, punctual, and physically fit for the role
- Willingness to work flexible schedules when required
