Job Title: PLM Architect - Teamcenter
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite/Hybrid)
Duration: Full-Time / Contract
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced PLM Architect with strong expertise in Siemens Teamcenter to lead the design, architecture, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and IT leadership to define and implement scalable Teamcenter solutions supporting product development and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture, solution design, and implementation of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions.
Define end-to-end PLM architecture, integration framework, data model, and governance strategy.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable PLM solutions.
Drive Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, deployments, and performance optimization initiatives.
Architect integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise systems such as:
MES
Manufacturing and Quality Systems
Develop and enforce PLM best practices, standards, security models, and governance frameworks.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers, administrators, and business analysts.
Support solution estimation, technical documentation, and roadmap planning.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance to project teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
10 years of overall IT experience.
7 years of hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementations.
3 years of experience in an Architect or Lead Consultant role.
