About the Role
This is a foundational Head of Sales opportunity—not a plug-and-play leadership role.
You will own and build the sales function from the ground up, starting as an individual contributor while laying the foundation to scale a high-performing team. You’ll work directly with the founder to define go-to-market strategy, refine messaging, and bring the product to market—while actively closing deals yourself.
Over time, you will hire, train, and lead the sales organization, establishing the culture, processes, and performance standards that define the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
Craft and execute strategic sales plans
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals

Foster strong client relationships
Liaise with executive leadership on sales strategies

Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales, with 5 years in a leadership capacity, ideally within the IT sector
Proven ability to create and execute successful sales strategies
Demonstrated leadership acumen with the ability to inspire and direct high-performing teams
Expert communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Strategic and analytical thinker with deep insight into the IT solutions market, particularly in the AEC space
