We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead and drive high-impact initiatives across the organization. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple enterprise initiatives simultaneously, and effectively partner with technical and operational teams to keep strategic programs on track.
Location - Atlanta, GA OR Indianapolis, IN - HYBRID
Employment Type - 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide projects across:
- IT
- Cybersecurity
- ERP
- Infrastructure
- Operations
- Business transformation initiatives
- Drive project execution, timelines, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration
- Manage multiple large-scale initiatives concurrently while maintaining organizational alignment
- Communicate project updates, risks, and priorities to executive leadership
- Ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment
Qualifications
- Strong experience in enterprise project management
- Proven ability to coordinate across technical and operational teams
- Experience managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a strong execution and results-oriented mindset
- Experience within infrastructure, industrial, energy, construction, or multi-entity organizations is highly preferred
