3i Law is looking for forward-thinking legal professionals across practice areas to join our growing full-service legal tam. The ideal candidate has 8 years of legal experience, entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative attitude, and a book of business. We value community engagement, professional involvement, and leadership development amongst our team.
No Minimum Billable Hour Requirement. This position has a flexible work structure and the ability to work out of our Denver or Colorado Springs office locations, or remotely.
Relevant practice areas include, but are not limited to: Business and Corporate, Civil / Commercial Litigation, Employment and Labor, Estate Planning / Administration, Elder Law, Intellectual Property, International Transactions, Immigration, Probate, Tax, and Trust and Estates.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado
- Legal experience (8 years)
- Book of Business
- Excellent legal writing capabilities
- Verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical skills
- Detail-oriented
- Purposeful and driven

Salary Range: $135,000 - $275,000 , commensurate with qualifications and experience.
