Job title: Ansible Automation Engineer
Location: Roseland, NJ or Alpharetta, GA
In office: 3 days a week
Contract: 1 year contract to perm
Interview process: 2 rounds, first round is video interview, final round is ONSITE (if they do not do onsite, they are out) in either roseland or Alpharetta.
Must have: Ansible, AWS, Kubernetes, Containers, and Linux
Nice to have: Splunk
Requirements:
Top Must-Haves:
- Proven experience with Ansible Automation Platform (Tower/AWX) engineering or architecture with experience designing and managing AAP in AWS or hybrid cloud environment
- Strong understanding of container orchestration specifically Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with Linux systems administration and automation at scale.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and configuration management concepts.
- Experience with scripting languages for automation support.
NICE TO HAVE: Splunk preferred but if they have other tooling instead, that is ok. They will have to teach splunk which the manager feels someone can pick up on quickly
