Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Registered Nurse position located in Raleigh, NC. The Registered Nurse will provide patient-centered care, including conducting health assessments, managing care plans, administering medications, and ensuring patient and family education. Daily tasks will involve collaborating with healthcare teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing compassionate care to patients in a home health and hospice setting. The candidate will play a significant role in supporting patients’ health and comfort, working to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills including patient assessments, care plan development, medication administration, and wound care
• Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping within a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and medical teams
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact licensure
• Experience in home health or hospice care is preferred
• Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple patient needs
