About the Role
We are a growing commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and beverage company serving the Southeast and Gulf States. We’re looking for a skilled Refrigeration Technician who can independently diagnose, repair, and install refrigeration and beverage systems across a variety of commercial environments.
This is a great opportunity for a technician who wants steady work, strong pay, and the ability to grow with a fast-moving company. The ideal candidate will be located in Northern Florida and willing to travel to AL, TN, GA, SC and further as needed. Daily travel is required with up to 5 days spent out of town in hotels each week.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair and install commercial refrigeration systems
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative service
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems
- Work on equipment such as rooftop condensing units, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, and beverage fountains
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, teammates, and customers
- Complete expense reports and work documentation accurately and promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Respond to breakdowns and perform planned installs
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of Refrigeration service experience preferred
- Able to provide own basic refrigeration tools
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with commercial refrigeration systems is a plus
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage your time
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
- Willing and able to cover on-call rotation and work overtime as needed
